You own the moments, reflections, and other content you create in Unfolded. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to build your timeline and connect related moments.
We will never claim ownership of your story, and we will not sell it.

Unfolded uses artificial intelligence to help organize and connect your moments. These features are provided “as is” and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. They are meant to support reflection, not to provide professional, medical, or legal advice.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfolded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
